What are your minimum credit score requirements?

We evaluate the entire deal, but generally require a minimum FICO of 660 for most DSCR and Fix & Flip products. We do consider exceptions for borrowers with significant verifiable real estate investment experience.

How fast are appraisal timelines?

Speed is our priority. Through our preferred nationwide AMC network, standard appraisals are typically returned within 5 to 7 business days, with rush options available to keep your closing timeline intact.

Are there prepayment penalties on your loans?

Our bridge and construction loans typically feature zero prepayment penalties. DSCR loans offer flexible penalty structures, including step-down and yield maintenance options, which are clearly outlined before you commit.

What entity structures do you lend to?

We lend exclusively to registered business entities, including LLCs, Corporations, and Limited Partnerships, to ensure full commercial compliance. We do not lend directly to individuals.

How does the construction draw process work?

Draws are processed efficiently based on completed work. Once a site inspection verifies the line item, funds are typically wired within 48 to 72 hours, ensuring your project never stalls due to lack of capital.
